General Questions

Where is Louisville Landing Marina located?

We are located at 2932 Boat Dock Road, Louisville, TN 37777 on the Tennessee River, just minutes from both Knoxville and Maryville. Get Directions

What are your hours of operation?

In-Season: Tuesday-Thursday 10am-7pm, Friday-Saturday 10am-8pm, Sunday 10am-7pm. Closed Mondays (except holidays). Off-Season: 10am-5pm daily, closed Sundays and Mondays.

How do I contact the marina?

Call us at (865) 984-9001 or email louisville@sunlifemarinas.com. Our Harbormaster Adam Nash is happy to assist with any questions.

Is there a restaurant on-site?

A new waterfront restaurant is coming soon to Louisville Landing Marina! Stay tuned for details on dining options.

Do you have a boat ramp?

Yes, we have a boat ramp available for marina customers. Trailer parking is available nearby.

Is Wi-Fi available at the marina?

Free Wi-Fi is available in the marina office and common areas.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, well-behaved pets on leashes are welcome. Please clean up after your pet and keep noise to a minimum.

Is there security at the marina?

Yes, our facility has 24/7 security monitoring with gated access for slip holders.

Boat Storage

What types of boat storage do you offer?

We offer wet slips (covered and uncovered) for boats up to 40 feet LOA, dry stack storage for boats up to 25 feet, trailer storage, and dedicated jet ski slips.

What amenities are included with wet slips?

All wet slips include shore power (50amp, 30amp, or 20amp), fresh water connections, pump out facilities, and deep water access to the Tennessee River.

How does dry stack storage work?

Our dry stack uses the SpeedyDock app for convenient scheduling. Reserve launch times in advance, request your boat from your phone, and get notified when it is ready at the dock. Our staff handles launching and retrieval.

Do you offer trailer storage?

Yes, we have a designated trailer storage area for short-term or long-term storage. The lot is easily accessible whenever you need to pick up or drop off your trailer.

How much does a boat slip cost?

Slip rates vary by size, type (covered/uncovered), and lease term. Contact us or call (865) 984-9001 for current pricing.

What is the lease term for boat slips?

We offer annual leases. Contact us for details on terms and availability.

Is there a waiting list for slips?

Availability varies by slip size. Contact us to check current availability or join our waiting list for specific slip types.

Do you allow liveaboards?

Please contact us directly to discuss liveaboard arrangements and requirements.

Amenities & Services

Do you have a fuel dock?

Yes, our fuel dock offers non-ethanol 87 octane gasoline to keep your engine running clean and efficiently.

Is there a ship store?

Yes, our ship store carries boating supplies, snacks, drinks, ice, sunscreen, and essentials for your day on the water.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, check, ACH, and credit cards. Note: A 3% card processing fee applies (waived for ACH, check, or cash payments).

Do you offer boat repairs or service?

We can recommend trusted local marine service providers. Contact our Harbormaster Adam Nash at (865) 984-9001 for referrals.

Do you offer winter storage?

Yes, we offer year-round storage options including dry stack and covered wet slips that protect your boat during off-season months.

What is the Compass Club?

The Compass Club is our exclusive membership program offering fuel discounts, partner perks at resorts and marine retailers, and special member-only benefits.

How do I join the Compass Club?

Visit our Compass Club page to learn about membership benefits and sign up. Membership is available to marina tenants and slip holders.
